When a withdrawal is requested, the user will receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hours of the withdrawal explaining how the withdrawal will be processed.
Withdrawals generally take anywhere from 2-7 business days. (Related Article: Where's My Withdrawal?)
Here are some general things to keep in mind as it specifically relates to withdrawals requested within the WorldWinner Mobile App:
- WorldWinner can only process withdrawals to the Credit/Debit cards used to fund the WorldWinner account.
- WorldWinner cannot process withdrawals to PayPal as PayPal is currently not an accepted payment method in the WorldWinner app.
- WorldWinner can only credit a Credit/Debit card up to the amount that has deposited with that Credit/Debit card. For example, you make a $20 deposit into your WorldWinner account and request a withdrawal of $30 - $20 of the withdrawal would be credited back to the Credit/Debit card and the remaining $10 would be sent as a check.
- Users are NOT able to select which specific payment methods are credited first (if multiple Credit/Debit cards are used on the account).
When going through the Withdrawal process, users are not able to select what payment method they want their withdrawal sent to.
