If you experience a technical issue that affected your tournament, you can notify WorldWinner® Support. In your inquiry, please provide as much information as possible and be sure to specify:

  • Name of Game
  • Date/Time of Incident
  • Entry Fee Amount
  • Error Message Encountered (if any)

Any additional information is certainly appreciated!

All Entry Fee refunds will be awarded as Game Credits. Game Credits can be used to enter additional cash competitions.
