I forgot my WorldWinner® password. How do I get a new one?

You can have a new password for your WorldWinner® account sent to you via email by using the Forgot Password functionality that's available or by requesting additional assistance by contacting WorldWinner® Support.

If using the Forgot Password functionality you will be required to provide the Email Address associated with your account. You should receive an email notification from WorldWinner® that includes the new, temporary password for your WorldWinner® account within 1 hour. For security purposes a new, temporary password is provided instead of the previous password that was associated with the account.

If contacting WorldWinner® Support directly please make sure to provide the Username and Email Address associated with the account you are attempting to access.
