How do I close my WorldWinner® account?

At this time, the option for players to close their account on their own is not available so players are currently required to contact WorldWinner® Support requesting their account be closed.

When sending a close account request to WorldWinner® Support, please include the username of the account and email address associated with the account that you wish to have closed to ensure proper assistance.

General response time for close account/unsubscribe requests is within 1-2 business days. You can always request your account to be reopened in the future when you begin to miss us!
