If you're having difficulties logging into your GSN account or can't remember the password you've previously used:
Use the Forgot Password functionality that is available through the site:
When using the Forgot Password functionality you will be required to enter the Username and Email Address associated with the account. You should receive an email notification from GSN that includes the new, temporary password for your account within 1 hour.
Or, you can contact GSN Support through the ticket form available via GSN Help:
If contacting GSN Support directly via the ticket form, please be sure to provide the Username associated with the account you are attempting to access for efficient processing.
GSN Support does not have the ability to re-send your previous password to you if you're having difficulties logging into your account. For security purposes, a new, temporary password will be provided instead of the previous password that was associated with the account.
