If you can’t remember your password, you can request a new password within WorldWinner® Mobile by clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login screen:

If using the Forgot Password functionality you will need to provide the email address associated with your account. You should receive an email notification from WorldWinner® that includes the new, temporary password for your WorldWinner® account within 1 hour. For security purposes, we provide a new, temporary password instead of the password previously associated with the account
