Why am I being asked to complete a W-9 (U.S. Players)?

When a U.S player reaches $600 in Net Winnings during the year, they will be asked to submit a W-9 form electronically through the WorldWinner® site. If the player chooses to not complete the W-9 form, WorldWinner® will be required to withhold 28% of the player's future Net Winnings and send them to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

WorldWinner® is required to report winnings to the IRS as "Other Income" when a U.S. player reaches/exceeds $600 in Net Winnings at the end of the calendar year.
