Why am I receiving less than what I withdrew?

You can withdraw real money from your WorldWinner® account any time via My Account. Withdrawals will generally take up to 7 business days to be processed and post to the payment method being refunded.

The amount to be credited to you may be less than what you had withdrawn if you had made deposits into your WorldWinner account on the same calendar day using a Credit or Debit card. This does not apply to PayPal deposits/withdrawals.

Deposits and withdrawals (using Credit/Debit cards) requested on the same calendar day are balanced out before the charges or credits are processed. For example:

  • If you make a deposit of $10 and a withdrawal of $10 on the same day - the $10 authorization hold (charge) will be lifted within a few business days and you will see no charge or credit transaction on your actual Bank/Credit card statement.
  • If you make a deposit of $20 and a withdrawal of $10 on the same day - the $20 authorization hold (charge) will be lifted within a few business days and you will be charged only $10 (will see no credit transaction).
  • If you make a deposit of $10 and a withdrawal of $20 on the same day - the $10 authorization hold (charge) will be lifted within a few business days and you will receive a credit to your Bank/Credit card for $10.

Please note that you would need to allow your Bank/Credit Card company up to 7 business days to process the transactions on their end and post the final, completed transactions to your actual Bank/Credit Card statement. Sometimes you may still see authorization holds (charges) for the deposited amounts, as if the deposits and withdrawals are not going to balance each other out. However, these holds are temporary and should disappear generally within 7 business days.

As always, you may verify how your withdrawals are to be processed by going to your WorldWinner Account Statement. Simply go to My Account and then click the View Account Statement link to access your Account Statement. On the Account Statement, it is recommended that you change the date range to the dates in question and also change the "Type" of transaction to view to Credit Card. The transaction(s) that appear in the External Activity column of the Account Statement will reflect the transaction(s) that your Bank/Credit Card company will process and post to your actual bank/credit card statement once they've finished processing the payments.
